Terms of Service

Last updated: August 10, 2026

Service and eligibility

Evidlume is an independently operated AI visibility audit and reporting service. You must be legally able to enter an agreement and, when using the service for an organization, authorized to act for that organization.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining control of the Google account used to sign in and for activity performed through your workspace. Do not share access in a way that bypasses plan or workspace restrictions. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Customer inputs and permission

You retain rights in the brand, competitor, persona, prompt, and other material you submit. You grant Evidlume and its service providers the limited permission needed to process, store, transmit, and display that material to operate and support the service. You must have the rights and approvals required to submit it.

Acceptable use

You may not use Evidlume to break the law, infringe rights, probe or bypass access controls, disrupt or overload the service, distribute malware, scrape protected areas, or submit secrets, regulated information, or sensitive personal data without the required authority and safeguards.

AI output and customer review

Third-party AI providers generate audit responses. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent and are decision-support signals rather than professional, legal, financial, or marketing advice. You must independently review reports, evidence, citations, and recommendations before relying on them.

Billing and usage

Audit usage is recorded when an audit is submitted and model runs are queued. Subscription billing is handled through Creem. If a material provider or service failure prevents delivery, contact support with the audit identifier; any usage adjustment or refund is reviewed under the published refund policy and applicable law.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans provide the limits shown at checkout and in the application. Creem acts as merchant of record for checkout, payment, tax, invoice, cancellation, refund, and chargeback handling. The Creem Customer Portal shows whether a cancellation is immediate or scheduled for the end of the current billing period.

Availability and changes

Audits depend on background workers and external providers and can be delayed or fail because of queue load, provider limits, outages, network errors, maintenance, or product changes. Evidlume may retry, pause, change, or discontinue functionality when reasonably necessary to protect or operate the service.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and can manage a paid subscription through Billing.

Intellectual property

Evidlume and its software, design, branding, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. These terms provide a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the product or third-party provider technology.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Evidlume does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular AI ranking, conversion, revenue, or business outcome. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights are not excluded by these terms.

Privacy, changes, and contact

Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Refunds and Cancellation Policy. These terms may be updated as the service changes; the updated date will be published here. Questions can be sent to support@evidlume.com.
